Distinctly British is a storefront that stands for traditional craftsmanship and high-quality materials. They offer a wide range of British-made goods, including home decor, outdoor living essentials, pocket watches, barometers & clocks, and more.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unrelated to us.

All card transactions are handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal under SSL secure screens and are authorised directly with your card issuer. We do not see or hold your credit card details.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original and unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding the cost of original postage/courier. However, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are not eligible for a refund.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, the item will be placed on back order, or you may be offered a refund. Any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email. The refund will be made within 30 days of your order.
