Who handles my credit card transactions? All card transactions are handled by Sagepay, Stripe or PayPal under SSL secure screens and are authorised directly with your card issuer. We do not see or hold your credit card details.

What is the refund policy? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original and unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding the cost of original postage/courier. However, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are not eligible for a refund.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock? If the item you ordered is out of stock, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email. The refund will be made within 30 days of your order.

What is the delivery policy? Unless specifically agreed, we will only deliver goods to the billing address of the credit card used to make the payment, or to a specified delivery address. Delivery will be made within 30 days unless we notify you otherwise.

What is the return policy for goods damaged in transit? If goods are damaged or lost in transit, you must notify us and the carrier within three (3) business days of delivery. The goods must be made available for inspection or collection by us or our representatives on request.

What is the cooling off period? In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven (7) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return the goods at your own expense.

What is the policy for delivery errors? If there is a delivery error or non-conformity of goods, you must inform us immediately (the same day or, at the latest, the first business day following delivery).

What is the policy for overseas delivery? Overseas delivery of orders for certain items may be restricted due to food legislation, weight, or availability. If delivery of your order is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order.

What is the policy for returns? You can return an item in its original and unused condition within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. However, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the goods are damaged.
